Supervision
Having qualified as a supervisor in 2015, Kate offers supervision to the following groups and individuals:

Trainees in Counselling and Psychotherapy

Qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists

Mental Health Professionals

Practitioners in related fields, e.g. the local Women's Refuge where she has been a supervisor for staff since 2015.
Kate's training is integrative and is influenced by Brigid Proctor and the Seven (arguably later becoming Eleven) Eyed Model of Supervision developed by Shohet and Hawkins in 1985. Kate particularly enjoys encouraging supervisees to develop as practitioners by offering them an environment of trust, with a good balance of support and challenge.

Kate achieved her current status of senior accredited supervisor in summer 2022.
